I just came back
from Trenggalek last night (27/01), and I can’t get over the excitement of that
great holiday. I live in the city since
I was born, and I never know what it feels like to live in the village. So ever
since I got close to my friend, Iga, whose house is between a mountain and
beach, I really want to visit his house and get a village-life. And I’m so glad
that I could have it for 3 days long, yesterday. It was really-really nice
memories with an unforgettable adventure ever in my life for the last 18 years.
I climbed up the
mountain for the first time, entered a jungle for the first time, playing arrow
for the first time, got a scar on my arm because of the rock at the beach for
the first time, eating almost 10 coconut from nature for free for the first
time, having a trip by train with my friend for the first time, entered the
very dangerous place where you can die anytime if you aren’t brave and careful
enough for the first time, jumping from the deck for the first time, swimming
in the sea which is deep enough and I make it for the first time, and so many
thing I did there is the first time of my life! And it all thanks to Iga, Ali,
Indra, Hanif, and Adika for always protecting me, and I’m sorry for being a
burden for you guys because sometimes I just didn’t brave enough and I thought
it was fine because I’m a girl after all, I got complicated by my own feeling
and bad expectation.
My favorite part
is when we took the wrong path and ended up walking in the sea side full of slippery
sharp rock and it was really dangerous, It could be the place of our death for
real! If you really know what it is like, you can check on my Instagram:
@medsmods or on my deviantart account meds-creation and I think I’ll post some
videos of the documentary on youtube later if I got my movie maker fixed.
From this trip,
I realized that my country, Indonesia have so many beautiful hidden places, and
I want to explore them all but also keep it as a good place and protecting it
as I graduated from Vocational High School so I think I have to do something
too. And it was as good as the other beautiful place in another country, we
just need to realize and appreciate what we have, that way we will be able to
make it good and even more beautiful than before. Don’t we dare to just take
some photos of it but we destroy that place after it but we also need to protect
it. It’s not anyone but us! Well, this sentence is for me too, to be honest. I
will try my best to do it.
TRENGGALEK
BAGUS! [Trenggalek is Good].
